Position: Solution Consultant
Location: Tauranga-based
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership in digital solutions, steering projects to success with a focus on the customer's journey.

  • Lead with credibility and passion in the realm of digital experiences, digital strategies, new technologies, design thinking - ensuring our solutions are human-centred and deliver value for clients.

  • Become a trusted consultant, shaping digital strategies that align with our clients’ core values and expectations.

  • Foster client relationships, securing and leading meetings with executives, sharing insights and inspiring clients

  • Grow our digital advisory practice, identifying and cultivating leads that share our ethos of integrity and client value, using CRM tools for effective relationship management.

  • Attend and contribute to industry and technology events

  • Craft outreach that resonates deeply with potential clients' needs, employing a value-driven approach. 

Key Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

  • A track record in digital solutions development and deep understanding of software development concepts and practices

  • Passion and experience with a range of digital technologies and concepts and how they can be applied to solve business problems.

  • Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops to uncover user and business needs.

Business Acumen:

  • Deep understanding of business operations, including forecasting, financial performance, and resource planning.

  • Competence in analyzing market trends and translating them into business opportunities.

  • Experience in presales for software solutions and consultative solution selling.

Strategic Thinking:

  • Strong ability to connect the dots and develop digital strategies that align with client business goals and user needs.

  • Proven track record in formulating and presenting solutions and proposals

Client Engagement:

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a history of engaging C-level executives.

  • Experience in managing client expectations and delivering on project commitments.

  • Ability to articulate complex digital concepts in a relatable and understandable way.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in leading project teams and steering project delivery.

  • Ability to inspire and drive teams towards a shared vision.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team with clients, business analysts, project managers, technical leads, software architects, software developers and testers.

Problem-Solving:

  • Robust analytical skills with a knack for solving complex problems with innovative solutions.

  • Readiness to tackle challenges head-on and pivot when necessary.

  • Proficiency in handling various tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Networking:

  • Established network of professional contacts and experience in leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn to build business relationships.

Continuous Learning:

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest digital trends and best practices.
