Natural health company Comvita had aggressive global expansion plans that required eight eCommerce websites. Cucumber’s strategy centred on a ‘master website’ that could be used as the template for all others. Cucumber worked with Comvita’s ERP system provider QAD to complete functional, technical and visual design of the master website, which was then adapted to the needs of each market.

Comvita is now perfectly positioned to drive web sales, tap into new user audiences and support market entry strategies and growth. Comvita’s team in each market can make full content changes to their website, set up campaigns and optimise for search engines. Integration of all eight websites into Comvita’s ERP has significantly reduced order data entry process time. During rollout, further enhancements were identified. These be cost-effectively developed once, then deployed across all sites.
